TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICES
By booking a service with us, you agree to the following.
All events are subject to availability.
By Purchasing our services, you agree to the following:
• Any deposit is nonrefundable
• All events / parties need to be fully paid 1 day before your event / party, if not paid 1 day beofre your party / event will be cancelled. (unless agreed otherwise)
• A deposit is required to secure your date and until the deposit is taken, the event is not booked
All events will have an experienced member of staff always present.
We cannot guarantee what animals will be attending your event; however, we will contact you 1 day before your event to let you know what animals we are anticipating on bringing to event. This is subject to change if the animal’s health decline or other animal related conditions (eg, the animal is to stress for the journey).
At all events / parties the animals we bring are subject to availability.
Our animals are our top priority and if the animals get to stressed when they are being shown, the animal will go back in to their travel crate.
We reserve the right to cancel any event that does not have a suitable venue. Eg only outdoor space in the winter, not enough space to safely continue the event.
All animal interactions are done so at your own risk. Animals can/do bite and we cannot guarantee the animals will not bite. If a bite does happen, our staff will make the animal safe then deal with the bite.
We cannot accept liability for, any damages caused by the animals. This includes but not limited to clothing, furniture and flooring.
If any persons don’t listen to our handlers, the event will be cancelled, with no refund. This is to safeguard our animals.
Bristol reptile encounters limited will not accept any responsibility for anyone under the age of 18. At all events, under 18s need to always have supervision from someone over the age of 18.
We will arrive 15 minutes before the event to set up and to bring the animals into the event.
