FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

CAN I HOST THE PARTY AT MY HOUSE?

YES! We can come to your house. If the party is over 15 people, we would recommend hiring a near by hall or something similar.

CAN I CHOOSE WHAT ANIMALS YOU BRING?

Unfortunately no ☹. We are unable to 100% guarantee what animals are coming along. We can take request and we will try our best to fulfil them.

DO YOU COVER MY AREA?

We can cover all over the UK. There would be additional milage fees on events and parties outside of Bristol. Please contact us for more details.

WHAT HAPPENS AT THE PARTY?

We normally have everyone in a half circle, or around the edge of the room. We would then bring the birthday person up to the front to experience the animal first. Then we would off the others to experience the animal.

DO YOU JUST DO CHILDREN PARTIES?

NO! We do just as many adult parties as we do children parties!

What ages can get involved?

Anyone from age 3 and up can interact with our animals. We have a special package for the 3–5-year-olds birthday party. Anyone on the gold or platinum party packages must be over 6 years old.

For our events, anyone over the age of 3.

Are your encounters safe?

We listen and watch our animal’s behaviour to see if the animal is ok to be handled. We will not let anyone hold or interact with an animal that is distressed or upset. We make our events and parties as safe as possible and that means putting your safety and more importantly the animal safety first. All our teams are trained to see the signs of distress of the animals they are handling.

How many people would you recommend for your parties?

We would only recommend 15 people for our 1-hour parties. You can have more people, but there might be more time required to be able for everyone to interact with our animals.
