Q: Does Bristol Reptile Encounters sell live reptiles or animals?

Accepted Answer

No. We do not sell any animals in any capacity, however we do sell experiences, where you can meet, interact and learn about our fascinating reptiles.

Q: How many people would you recommend for a party at Bristol Reptile Encounters?

Accepted Answer

We recommend between 6 and 30 people, this gives everyone a fair amount of time to have a personal and unique experience with our animals.

Q: What ages can get involved?

We recommend anyone from the age of 3 upwards to participate. This is to ensure that everyone has a safe and relaxed experience.
For our events, anyone over the age of 3.

Q: Do you just do children's parties?

No, we do parties for all ages! We pride ourselves in being able to tailor your experience depending on the age of participants. Whether that be through the animals we bring, or the facts we explain, but no matter the age, we always deliver.

Q: What happens at the party?

Accepted Answer

If it is a mobile party, we bring 6 fantastic animals to your location. Everyone will have an hour to interact and learn about our animals in a safe, relaxed and controlled environment. If you come to us for a party, you will have free range of the animals you wish to hold (depending on animal welfare and cycles). No matter where the party is, the Birthday Person will receive a personalized certificate, digital invitees, and everyone will receive a sticker.

Q: Do you cover my area?

We cover everywhere in the UK. However if you are outside of Bristol there will be additional mileage fees for us to come to you. Please contact us for more details about this.

Q: Can I choose what animals you bring to an educational event or display?

Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee the specific animals that will be available for educational events or displays. While we cannot provide a 100% guarantee on the exact animals that will be present, we are more than happy to take requests. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences, ensuring a diverse and engaging experience for all attendees. At Bristol Reptile Encounters, our priority is to provide a safe and educational encounter with a variety of reptiles, enhancing understanding and appreciation for these fascinating creatures.

Q: Can I host my child's reptile-themed birthday party at my house?

Yes, we do offer a mobile party package, where we come to you! For guest lists for 15+ we recommend hiring a venue.

Question 10

Q: When is payment for my session due?

Accepted Answer

We expect payment for your session to be fulfilled 7 days before we arrive. If for some reason you have not received the payment link, or it is not working, we can receive payment when we arrive, so long as it has been arranged. To arrange this please call 01174504814.
