Service Description
Celebrate your child's special day at our facility with an exciting, stress free birthday party experiance. This package includes a 1 hour interactive birthday party, followed by 30 minutes in the cake cutting room for celebrations and refreshments. We do not provide refeshments or cake you are welcome to bring your own. This package is for upto 12 quests to attend your party. Cancellation Policy
A £30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all private party and session bookings. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 7 days before the event unless agreed otherwise in writing. Schools and organisations invoiced after events must pay within 14 days. A £30 late fee may apply to overdue invoices. The welfare of our animals is our highest priority. Bristol Reptile Encounters reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate any session if animal welfare or safety may be at risk. If this results from the behaviour of guests, the host, or unsafe venue conditions, the booking will be treated as fulfilled and no refund or reschedule will be provided. The host is responsible for supervising all guests and ensuring appropriate behaviour. Any participant who does not follow handling instructions may be stopped from handling animals. Clients must provide a safe, suitable indoor space and inform us of relevant allergies or medical conditions in advance. Animals are living creatures and minor scratches or nips may occur. By booking, participants accept the inherent risks of animal interaction. Bristol Reptile Encounters holds public liability insurance but is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions or undisclosed conditions. Bristol Reptile Encounters may take photographs or video during sessions for marketing and social media. Clients may opt out in writing before the event. Payment or attendance confirms acceptance of these terms.
